✔ Designated Examiner (DE): ₹ 8,33,000/- per month

✔️ TRI: ₹ 7,83,000/- per month

✔️ Synthetic Flight Instructor (SFI): As per industry standard

✔️ Chief Ground Instructor (CGI): ₹ 1,20,000/- per month

✔️ Head of Engineering: ₹ 1,50,000/- per month

✔️ Head of Revenue Management: ₹ 1,50,000/- per month

✔️ Deputy GM (PPC): ₹ 1,20,000/- per month

✔️ AGM – Network Planning and Scheduling: ₹ 80,000/- per month

✔️ AGM – SMS: ₹ 80,000/- per month

✔️ AGM – QMS: ₹ 80,000/- per month

✔️ Senior Manager – Trade Sales: ₹ 65,000/- per month
